Acquisition Philosphy

Our acquisition philosophy is to pay a fair price to acquire quality companies with strong management teams and allow them to operate independently. We prefer to acquire companies run by entrepreneurial founders and encourage them to continue to be guided by their entrepreneurial drive and need for growth. We provide our companies with corporate infrastructure and access to capital. Also, we provide founders with opportunities for personal wealth creation through participation as shareholders in our larger, publicly traded company. We believe that a strategically assembled family of cloud commerce companies can deliver significant value to both our customers and our shareholders.

Revenue
We seek profitable companies with revenue in the range of $5M-$20M.
EBITDA
Ideally, our target companies will have an EBITDA of approximately 20%.
Growth Rate
We are looking for companies that are organically growing at a 30-40% growth rate.
Leadership
We look for entrepreneurial owners who are willing to continue to help build the company for at least 3-5 years post-acquisition.
